Operator must be able to run SMT equipment using assembly instructions with high accuracy and moderate speed
Load/print/unload of screen printer
Load/operate/unload pick and place machine
Load/unload reflow oven
Perform daily maintenance on the machines
Setup/tear down the screen printer, load stencil, monitor paste
Setup pick and place feeders, load programs into the machine, perform minor editing functions
Recall proper oven profile
Analyze and interpret management data from the machine
Manage inventory for projects which run in SMT
1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent
Operator can perform and define machine programs for all SMT equipment using assembly instructions or customer provided documents with high accuracy and high speed
Demonstrate the ability to define assembly instructions
Perform machine programming in all aspects of the equipment control system
Demonstrate the ability to analyze defect data and lead continuous improvement efforts
Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Employee must have good oral and written communication, organization, and computer skills
Proactive problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills are necessary
The employee must be able to work safely at all times and maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information
